Manager II, FP&A

Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Manager to support the financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis activities for the PES organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide insights, improve forecasting, and support decision-making across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting

• Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes for PES.

• Collaborate with corporate and business unit finance teams to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
