Position Overview: The Manager II, Manufacturing Engineering position plays a key role in driving organizational change and process improvement to achieve our business objectives. The Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment is seeking a business and manufacturing professional to drive the implementation of new technologies & best practices across our global manufacturing sites. This position is critical to facilitate collaboration with internal partners and to create capability to effectively support and grow the business. Reporting to the Global Director - Manufacturing Engineering, this position is focused on the deployment of new Technologies and sharing Best Practices for the Continuous Improvement of our Manufacturing Processes as well as launch of new Products in each of our Global Manufacturing Sites.
