Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain

**What you'll do...**
Join a high-impact engineering team focused on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within our Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll own critical process improvement initiatives, reduce losses, and help standardize best-in-class ways of working using the Walmart Performance System (WPS). You’ll partner closely with area and department leaders to turn data into action and build long-term capability across the operation **What You’ll Do**

+ Lead process improvement efforts for your functional area using tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate process losses in alignment with Network Process Structure and WPS programs.
+ Deliver expected functional results by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving loss elimination activities, and creating standard work to reduce process variation.
