Role Overview
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing of frontline workforce including Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges across Kerala and the rest of Tamil Nadu. The role requires strong vendor management, field recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage bulk hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mass Hiring & Sourcing
Source and hire Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges for dark stores and warehouse operations.
Manage bulk hiring drives across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, local vendors, field sourcing, referrals, job camps, and walk-ins.
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures.
2. Vendor & Field Management
Onboard and manage local recruitment vendors.
Conduct field visits and hiring drives in assigned cities.
Build strong local talent pipelines for continuous hiring needs.
