Objectives of the Position
Drive and develop operational design and assuring quality business services through integrated import export and custom operations in Asia Pacific
•    Deliver sustainable process solution, ensuring roles & responsibilities are clear and adhered by import export and customs operations teams in Asia Pacific  
•    Establish quality checkpoints to ensure high level of operational discipline in sustaining process / guideline adherence, and monitoring of service performance
