Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily studio operations.
- Guide guests through the creative experience and deliver unforgettable service.
- Reset stations, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory
- Handle staff scheduling & team coordination
- Support new product or experience launches
- Track key metrics (guest satisfaction, sales, stock levels)
- Ensure the space is always welcoming, efficient, and running smoothly
Requirements:
- A natural people‑person — warm, confident, and great with guests.
- A team leader — empathetic yet firm, able to motivate and guide others.
- Bonus: Experience in attractions, F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
