Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily studio operations.
  • Guide guests through the creative experience and deliver unforgettable service.
  • Reset stations, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory
  • Handle staff scheduling & team coordination
  • Support new product or experience launches
  • Track key metrics (guest satisfaction, sales, stock levels)
  • Ensure the space is always welcoming, efficient, and running smoothly

Requirements:

  • A natural people‑person — warm, confident, and great with guests.
  • A team leader — empathetic yet firm, able to motivate and guide others.
  • Bonus: Experience in attractions, F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
