**Job Overview**

The Manager, Indirect Customer & Application Insights Hub will establish and lead a segment function that defines Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), maps customer pain points, and consolidates market and distributor insights for targeted industries and applications across the Transportation Solutions (TS) segment.

This role ensures TS marketing and sales teams are equipped with actionable insights that strengthen indirect customer understanding, enable scalable marketing conversion programs, and support demand-generation initiatives.The role will be closely partnered with the Demand-Gen & Conversion Team to align insights with campaign objectives, content strategie...
