SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsible for leading all facets of deploying SPS/Lean principles across all operations at the site level, including but not limited to:
Be a change agent for site to implement Maxeon Production System.
Develops competent FE leaders within the site by conducting training sessions on SPS/Lean Manufacturing concepts.
