Manager - Industrial Relations

Position Overview

The Industrial Relations (IR) Manager is responsible for driving the Company's industrial relations strategies and ensuring compliance with employment laws, collective agreements, and internal policies. The role leads the management of employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations. The IR Manager also leads key IR projects and delivers training programs specifically tailored for senior management, strengthening their capability in managing complex people issues and ensuring organizational compliance.
