Job Description
Job Purpose
The industrial relations manager is responsible for managing and fostering strong labour management relations within SMRT. The manager plays a critical role in promoting a harmonious working environment by addressing employee concerns, handling union management disputes as well as ensuring compliance with Collective Agreements and local labour legislations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive industrial relations strategy with the key focus on strengthening of union management relations and union engagement.
- Act as the focal point for union related matters, provide timely feedback from union to internal stakeholders, HR business partners and HR centres of Excellence where required.
