Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure

• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Manage network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Ensure network security, performance optimization, and high availability.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

IP Telephony System

• Manage and support IP telephony/VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk, or similar).
• Oversee call routing, IVR, voicemail, conferencing, and unified communications platforms.
