Job Description

The Manager, Cybersecurity Change & Program Management is responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination and financial control of AirAsia's cybersecurity change and transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Cybersecurity Change & Program Management, this role acts as the primary delivery lead for cybersecurity programs, translating strategy into execution, driving adoption across the organization and ensuring strong delivery discipline, governance, and financial hygiene.

The role provides delivery leadership and oversight across multiple initiatives, while managing execution support from analysts and coordinating closely with cybersecurity domain teams, business stakeholders and corporate functions.
