What is the opportunity?The Group Risk Management (GRM) Innovation team is part of the GRM Chief Operating Office (COO). Our purpose and passion is growing innovation culture across GRM’s 3000+ employees and making it part of our DNA by accelerating innovation projects, partnerships, and thought leadership to focus our investments where it matters most.As part of this team, the Manager, Innovation will support the planning and execution of transformative projects and continuous outreach, with a focus on AI initiatives. This role collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders including risk managers, data & AI scientists, learning and development experts, and emerging talent to support the development of innovative solutions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.What will you do?
