Manager- INSIGHTS, BUSINESS RISK

In this role, you will:

• Strengthen the non-financial risk and control environment for CIB by delivering insights, governance reporting, and oversight aligned to the bank’s risk appetite.
• Be part of the Chief Control Office (CCO) within the CIB Business Risk Capability Office (Bangalore/Hyderabad), supporting First Line of Defence risk management.
• Provide a technical and functional overlay on operational risk and controls—helping evolve consistent, continuous risk management practices.
• Produce non-financial risk governance papers, minutes, actions, and qualitative analysis to provide clear insight into the Wholesale risk landscape.
• Monitor progress of outstanding issues/actions, manage reporting exceptions, and support stakeholders to drive timely remediation.
