Manager, Instructional Design

We’re looking for a thoughtful, people-centered, and execution-focused Instructional Design Manager to lead learning that helps customers succeed faster. On the Blackbaud University team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers learn, adopt, and gain value from Blackbaud products through high-quality digital and live training experiences.In this role, you’ll lead a team of instructional designers responsible for a portfolio of learning solutions that support product adoption, customer retention, and business scalability. Working closely with partners across Product Development, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure training keeps pace with a SaaS release cadence while continuously improving learner experience, accessibility, and impact.
