Manager – International Corporate Tax – Tax Advisory Firm – CA/CPA

Overview:

As a Manager in our client’s UAE Corporate tax team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert technical advice on corporate tax implementation in the UAE and other GCC countries (if required). Handling a portfolio of clients, you will report directly to the Corporate Tax Director, and collaborate closely with leadership and on leading clients.

• Technical Advisory:
  • Deliver expert technical advice on UAE corporate tax matters and transactions, providing clients with comprehensive insights.
  • Apply knowledge of tax accounting principles, including the accurate calculation and reporting of deferred taxes and recognition of current tax liabilities, in line with relevant standards (e.g., IAS 12).
  • Conduct international tax research including on tax treaties, and BEPS 2.0, providing clients with timely advice and strategic insights.
