Manager IP Core

Job Purpose:
Lead the design, operations, and optimization of IP Core and Datacom networks to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability, while driving efficient content delivery and superior customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead L1/L2 IP Core configurations, integration of new network components, and end-to-end operations & maintenance (O&M) of IP Core platforms.
Oversee Corporate Sales team service configurations, including VRFs, VPNs, QoS, and routing policies, while ensuring effective capacity planning and performance management.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting, covering routing and peering protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), MTU/MSS issues, QoS and queuing, CGNAT, DNS, DHCP, and control-plane performance.
Perform end-to-end path analysis across IP, Microwave, and Optical domains; conduct packet captures, flow analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement rollback plans to restore services efficiently.
