Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor and manage the nearshore engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous growth. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create individual development plans. Evaluate and enhance development workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
Data Platform Ownership Own and manage the data platform on Azure, including data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and consumption. Provide guidance on software architecture, design, and technical decision-making. Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure all solutions and processes meet stringent data protection requirements.
