Toronto, ON, CA Summary: Working with the Director of IT Business Partners, the Manager, IT Business Partner is responsible to lead the alignment between Celestica's R&D Engineering teams with global IT capabilities. This role is a critical driver of business efficiency, growth, and innovation, requiring a strong advisor who can translate business vision into a technology roadmap and manage high-impact projects from ideation to delivery. The role requires the ability to review internal processes, technical specifications, projected costs and proposals and provide advice on proposed process improvement projects.
