Manager, IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security

Our client is seeking a full-time, hybrid (2-3 days/week in Waterloo, ON) Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity ($95k-$115k + 5% bonus).

Leading a high-performing team of 3, you will act as a hands-on player-coach driving our digital transformation to a secure, cloud-first environment.

Protect sensitive patient data, oversee multi-site networking, and handle L3 escalations to directly empower Ontario’s frontline healthcare workers.
