Key Activities

• Develop the strategy for traditional and digital media, in collaboration with the Data and Strategy team, to present to the client and send to the planning and implementation team.
• Supervise planning and implementation activities: choice of providers, rate negotiations with media, media proposals.
• Verify investment compliance and KPI’s through daily monitoring and reconciliations performed by the team.
• Weekly supervise that campaigns are meeting objectives.
