Job Summary / Purpose

To support the management and development of the Key Account business in Malaysia towards meeting company’s objectives through Strategic Customer Planning and strong trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice “Strategic Key Account Management” Approach in managing the customers.
• Negotiate national contracts based on commercial policy and the client objectives.
• Monitor agreements roll‑out and investments.
• Maintain relationships with customers’ key decision makers.
• Manage the account’s P&L.
• Develop relationships with buyers.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and promotions with the sales force.
• Build the business plans for each assigned customer.
