What You Will Be Working On

• Competency Framework Development - Build structured competency frameworks that define the skills and capabilities HDB staff need, to guide the development of HDB’s professionals.
• Information Systems Management - Work in partnership with different operating groups to review and refine HDB's filing systems. Analyse how information is currently organised and redesign classification methods to better serve business needs.
• Knowledge Repository Enhancement - Upgrade both physical and digital knowledge repositories. Design processes that capture important information effectively and make it easy to find when needed.
