**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Manage the Design, Development, Delivery, Program Evaluation and Analysis of the learning & development program
+ Delivers selected classes through live or remote (webinar) sessions.
+ Conducts needs analysis for specific talent development initiatives and ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and core/technical competencies.
+ Design, develop and/or recommend instructional materials and resources, including training content, online training courses, video training platforms, and materials using various tools and technologies.
