Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Manager Lean Ambassador (Jefe de Lean - Supply Chain Management) helps implement the LEAN Management philosophy at our Distribution Center to support goals and objectives. Drive initiatives and support the DC leadership team in deploying LEAN concepts. Help to identify improvement opportunities and the resources requirements to accomplish planned improvements. Lead, coach, and mentor cross functions DC’s teams to ensure fast changes. With Labor Management the toolset of local DC management will be enhanced in labor planning and performance management to contribute to one adidas initiative.

Location: Distribution Center in Lo Boza - Pudahuel. This role is based at our Distribution Center in Lo Boza - Pudahuel.
