The People and Organisation Development team's (POD) mission is to fuel Grab's success by creating an environment where our people can learn, grow, and do their best work. We engineer Grab's organizational health. As coaches, strategists, and designers, we equip Grabbers with the tools and blueprints to drive measurable impact for our users and communities.
