About The Role

The Learning & Development Manager will own the end-to-end design, delivery and evaluation of all learning initiatives across our financial services business

Job Description

• Design and deliver impactful learning programs including onboarding, soft skills, leadership development, and technical upskilling
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to conduct training needs analysis
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reportings
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content, user engagement, and data integrity
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant learning innovations
• Prepare reports and presentations to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI for L&D activities
