Job Responsibilities

Learning and Development

• Leading and developing training strategies
• Managing budget related to training, talent development program and levy management
• Maintaining good relationships with vendors and consultants related to training
• Partnering with HRBP on the execution of the training program

Talent Management

• Leading execution of talent management based on the available framework
• Leading execution of succession planning according to the strategy
• Partnering with HRBP and Business on the manpower planning and evaluation
