Manager Legal

• The person should be able to draft any contracts including Business Agreement, Lease Deed etc.
• To handle matters such as Trade mark (protecting and defending infringement of Trade mark, IPR)
• Handle consumer cases reply, and defending before respective judicial/quasi-judicial forum
• Handle litigations, court procedures involving any matters related to company’s day-to-day affairs

Preferred Profile:

1. Law degree from recognized college under Regular stream of 5 years or 3 years of BL/LLB with Graduation
2. Post qualification experience of not less than 7 – 10 years in any medium/large organization/law firm.
