Manager – Legal Contracts & Compliance (US Operations)

We are seeking a Legal Contracts & Compliance Manager with expertise in US commercial contracting and legal operations to support our IT Consulting and Managed Services business serving US-based Nonprofit Associations.

The role will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing client, vendor, employment, and partner agreements while ensuring legal compliance, contractual risk mitigation, and operational support across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with US-based clients in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Staffing environments.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and client service contracts.

Provide legal review and risk assessment for client engagements, procurement terms, operational processes, and commercial proposals.
