Job Description

                    Description Purpose of the job:
Plan and manage in the provision of professional and efficient in-house legal service/advice for corporate services (Business Units) and MISC subsidiaries with aim to protect legal and commercial interests, status and image of MISC, while upholding the company’s business, competitiveness, high level planning and strategic initiatives.
Provide, manage, and supervise the overall legal services and advisory functions to MISC, Corporate Services Units and MISC subsidiaries (‘Group’) and manage and assist in the coordination of the legal support in respect of governance, policies, processes and standards
Act as a Business Partner role and manage legal requirements in ensuring alignment to MISC and MISC Group business and financial strategies and results.
