Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management Handle civil, criminal, and arbitration matters, including filing and contesting cases.
Support credit and commercial teams in recovery of dues from dealers/vendors.
Manage legacy cases (e.g., old PDD cases) and initiate appropriate legal actions, co-ordinate with Business and Litigation Team, verify documents, drafts & legal billing.
Represent the company before courts and ensure adherence to court requirements in consultation with Group Legal. Compliance & Governance Monitor and review compliance dashboards (e.g., Compliance portal) for exceptions and non-compliance actions; implement corrective measures.
Ensure timely submission of compliance certificates for board meetings.
