Join us to drive the digital and operational transformation of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) function. In this role, you’ll lead key initiatives in CLM, GenAI for Legal, and legal technology projects, enabling smarter processes, better data, and seamless collaboration across teams worldwide.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CLM, GenAI, and broader legal tech projects
+ Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization
+ Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements
+ Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption
+ Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact
+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption
