Job Function

• Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Legal Services, the successful candidate will ensure that all the various functions / tasks are performed as indicated below:

Job Description

• Coordinate Air Transport activities between the Department and the economic regulation and business development department

• Assist in negotiation of Air Services Agreements on behalf of the Authority

• Represent the Authority in court and other quasi-judicial fora

• Prepare and review various legal documents

• Advise all the other departments on issues of legal import

• Initiate legal action and represent the Authority in court
