Position summary



The APAC Inbound Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all inbound logistics activities into APAC region, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and compliant flow of finished goods from global suppliers to regional distribution centers in APAC. This role leads a regional team in Shanghai and manager logistics service providers, driving continuous improvement in service, cost, and process efficiency.



Key Result Areas:



+ Develop and own the regional inbound logistics strategy for APAC, aligned with global supply chain and business objective.

+ Leverage operation team in MY to monitor daily inbound flows, resolve delays, capacity issues, and exceptions, and communicate schedule and recovery plans to internal stakeholders.
