Job Description Create manage and achieve the overall logistics and CFA operations budget. In co-ordination with sales, dispatches to be planned and executed to yield high levels of custom satisfaction. Ensure proper staging, loading as per the batch number of invoice & stacking of material before dispatch after preparation of all documents relevant to dispatch. To ensure that products shipped out have proper packaging Make daily plan of dispatch and circulate Open SO details to CSOs. Ensure hygiene of the warehouse and logistics assets are handled and maintained properly. Able to train and get effective work done from loading and unloading supervisors and contractors. Must be able to avoid any scrap and quick decision on return material reuse/repack/disposal.
