Within this practice, the Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with financial and strategic advice throughout M&A transactions, from scope definition and deal execution to the signing of transaction agreements. Our senior M&A advisors have a long track record of completed deals and are thoroughly trained in bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.
