Position Information Location New Westminster/Coquitlam Campus Salary Range Band 11 (Minimum- $92,139, Control Point- $122,852, Maximum- $135,137).Placement within a salary band is typically up to Control Point based on skills, experience and internal equity. May place over Control Point in limited circumstances. The Opportunity Douglas College is seeking a reliable and efficient Manager, Maintenance and Operations to provide leadership to the College in planning, coordination, and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs and minor capital infrastructure renovation projects involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. As the successful candidate, you will have a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking, ensuring facilities operations align with institutional priorities and industry best practices.
