Manager, Maintenance Engineering

Salary: $114,000.00 - $135,000.00

Manager, Maintenance Engineering is responsible for establishing maintenance processes to carry out the engine maintenance workscopes in the Cleaning, Inspection and Repair Departments to effectively meet OEM and customer requirements, while maximizing engine reliability and on-wing life and minimizing operating costs per hour.

They are also responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving technical standards, supporting technical engine maintenance, tests and assisting lean production activities.
