**Description**

This role is responsible for curating and implementing best⁃in⁃class educational programming for global salon partners built to drive sales through education. This position will develop training content to drive brand strategy, launches and education objectives across brand and partner platforms in both digital and in⁃person formats. Additionally, this person is responsible for leading and developing the global market education managers to drive success in their countries/territories of responsibility. Minimal travel required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
