A. About the Role:

Environmental and Social Expert with experience in working with international environmental and social standards (e.G., World Bank-ESS, IFC Performance Standards, IFC EHS Guidelines), will be a key member of our project team. Should manage Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety (ESHS) aspects across all stages of the project cycle — from planning, design to construction supervision and post-implementation monitoring — with a strong focus on the water and pumped hydro power sectors. Should ESHS management for water supply, river basin improvement and water management, irrigation modernization, Pumped Hydro and power evacuation projects financed by World Bank, ADB, and IFC, ensuring full compliance with international safeguard policies. Should have expertise for ESIA and ESMP preparation, stakeholder engagement, occupational health and safety management, and climate and biodiversity risk mitigation.
