Manager, Marketing Content

**Role Purpose**



Through management of the content development team, manage and execute strategic operations of publishing and marketing tools for digital content publishing to successfully achieve campaign and business objectives. Ensure continuous improvement and education on all areas of operations including delivery, publishing, processes, quality control, reporting, tool enhancements and efficiency.



**Key Accountabilities**



+ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all aspects of marketing tools operations including efficient execution of campaigns and tests, defining and documenting standards and best practices, socialization and knowledge-transfer to team, metric reporting, influencing prioritization of tool enhancements, quality control, and efficiency solutions including automation optimization
