 : Our client is a popular sizable retail firm with plant and stores in Greater China.
Responsible for research, planning and implementing new programs and protocols for the business as well as overseeing the development of new products
Act as a Project Lead to manage the entire development process of new products and programs, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
Keep track of all the costs related to the creation/development and propose for the worth pursuing
Lead and drive the R&D team to execute the development projects and ensure to meet the deadline and achieving the target objective
Cooperate with operations teams for development of new test methods/materials or revision of methods for business needs
Keep abreast of market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, materials, processes and methods of analytical instrumentation
