JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop design concepts and prepare comprehensive design briefs outlining development requirements, performance objectives, and M&E system strategies.
• Review detailed designs and rationalize technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct system optimization exercises to improve performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Participate in consultant, contractor, and equipment appointments, tenders, and procurement processes, including value engineering and cost management.
