**Description**



The OB/GYN Residency Program Manager serves as the administrative leader and Program Director Operational Dyad for the 24 person ACGME accredited residency program, partnering with the Program Director and GME leadership to ensure accreditation compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality training environment.

**The manager is responsible for:**



+ Program Leadership & Compliance

+ Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements

+ Translate program goals into policies, procedures, and workflows

+ Oversee credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements

+ Recruitment & Onboarding

+ Manage the residency recruitment and selection process

+ Coordinate interviews, ranking, and candidate communications

+ Lead onboarding and orientation for incoming residents

+ Operations & Financial Management
