The Manager, Meetings, Conventions & Trainings drives detailed delivery of commercial meetings, congresses, and training programs for International Commercial Immunology. Partnering with internal teams, vendors, and alliance collaborators across Europe, Canada, and Japan, you will plan, coordinate, and implement scalable events and trainings that elevate customer engagement and field readiness while ensuring compliance, budget rigor, and measurable impact.



**A Typical Day**



+ Coordinate internal and external collaborators, including global marketing and alliance partners, to align content, logistics, and onsite execution.

+ Handle vendor and venue selection, negotiation, and performance; coordinate contracts, SOWs, and day‑of delivery across AV, catering, exhibits, and attendee services.

+ Own event budgets: build forecasts, track commitments, handle POs and invoices, and reconcile actuals with post‑event reporting.
