Manager - MES / CIM

We are seeking an experienced Manager, MES/ CIM to lead and oversee factory system operations across MES, CIM, SPC, and B2B platforms. This role holds full accountability for daily system stability, rapid issue resolution, and scalable readiness to support production and future expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end daily operations of MES, CIM, SPC, and B2B systems and serve as the single point of contact for all factory application operations
• Communicate effectively with management, business teams, IT, and vendors on system implementations, issues, and corrective actions
• Provide clear updates to leadership on system performance, risks, priorities, and improvement plans
• Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root‑cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
