Manager – Mining Operations Advisory

KPMG’s Mining Operations Advisory team partners with leading mining organisations to solve complex operational challenges across the value chain — from pit to port. We bring deep operational insight, structured problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to deliver sustainable performance improvements. Our work spans structured planning, management operating systems, autonomous operations, truck-shovel optimisation, operating model design, and asset performance uplift.

We are seeking a Manager to join our high-performing Mining Operations Advisory team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone with strong mining operations experience who has also developed a consulting skillset to engage clients, lead teams, and deliver impactful change.
