Key Responsibilities
Drive CMP process performance (yield, defect, stability) and ensure robust control strategy Lead NPI and technology transfer execution with on-time delivery and risk mitigation Partner cross-functionally (PI, Equipment, Yield, MFG) to resolve integration issues Champion quality mindset, SOP compliance, and excursion prevention Develop team capability and build strong technical bench strength
