Purpose of the rol e: This role focuses on establishing a strong monitoring and evaluation system to track project progress through defined indicators, data systems, and periodic assessments. It ensures data-driven decision-making by providing insights, reports, and feedback to stakeholders while strengthening coordination and capacity building across partners. Ultimately, the role supports effective implementation, accountability, and continuous improvement of the project.
